Please always double check and fix your pipe/sewer in basement parking area to avoid inconvenience. Today my car’s hood was park from the basement and it was stained from the leaking with rust of sewer/pipe. It can damage the paint and may cost to fix it.

The room is very spacious and clean. The staffs are friendly and approachable. The aircon is not that cold, but the bed is very comfortable. The pillows are soft too. The breakfast food is delicious too. The room service is fast.

I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights, overall the experience was good, the room was spacious and I asked for a balcony - I got a small balcony but with a rusty railing with fragments, without a table or chair. The room itself has a smart TV which is good. The shower and toilet looked a bit outdated. I must mention that the service of the hotel employees was very good! From the maid to the receptionist.

Ik heb vaker over dit hotel geschreven. Ontvangst kon deze keer iets beter.. de receptioniste leek haast te hebben, terwijl er verder niemand was. Ik kreeg geen oogcontact, maar het bekende verhaal. Snel iets tekenen op een tablet zonder het te lezen. Personeel is verder hartstikke vriendelijk. Kamer is ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Koelkast, grote kast, aircon. De douche vsn deze kamer 609 heeft ern ongelukkige indeling. Bovendien is ook hier de kraan te kort..want het uitloopwater, als je kraan dicht doet, loopt over de wastafel. Degene die bedacht heeft om het handdoeken rek voor de spiegel te hangen is duidelijk niet geïnteresseerd in het hotelwezen en zou ontslagen moeten worden. Niet te geloven zoiets, er is ruimte zat in de douche. Locatie is 1km vsn Ayala mall en goed te lopen, tenzij je slecht ter been bent.

The hotel is located near the city center. It is just a walk by near the mall and gas stations. The room is spacious. You can bring a tent inside where you’re kids can play. The aircon is cool, they have a large mirror. Have a small refrigerator, a water heater for coffee, and a blow dryer. A hot and cold shower is working and the toilet has a bidet. Breakfast food in the hotel is just fine but you can buy online for a food delivery. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

T'was still great the second time around but with a little downside because of the broken showerhead. The water was leaking in the bathroom. Overall, we had an awesome stay and will keep coming back because of the location and the accommodating staff. Thank you Eastland! You're great! 👌👌👍👍👍👍👍

Отель немного странный. Номера большие, есть дизайн. Видно была Крутая задумка но воплощение не до конца удалось. По пунктам: - место может показаться не очень, но оно тихое - рядом на дороге есть и кофейня и рестик и пекарня - в 10 минутах один из лучших крафтовых баров страны - в спортзале не работал эллипсоид - вид из окна четных номеров отсутствует - с горячей водой, электричеством и кондиционером ок - были муравьи мелкие в номере В общем стоит своих денег, но надолго не очень

호텔 걱정을 좀 하고 갔었는데 벌레도 하나도 안 나왔었고 생각보다 너무 괜찮았었어요! 근데 샤워기는 좀 더러워서 필터 꼭 챙겨가세요.. 조식 기대 안 했는데 생각보다 너무 괜찮았고 직원분들 다 너무 친절해요 위치도 이정도면 괜찮은 것 같습니다!

I thought the breakfast was buffet but unfortunately you don't have any choice. They will ask you which menu do you want to serve in the table. And also the internet is bad. Not a quiet place. There should have someone will assist you to enter the wifi password😭 and one of the staff will tell you that something will pop-up when you click the wifi, unfortunately nothing pop-up. So they just have to ask for housekeeper to help me enter the password, but they used different password and what they gave it to me is useless. So for me not so worth it. The washroom is kind of dark. The place is not ok for me. This is only my opinion.
